Explore the core values and principles of the Agile Manifesto, understanding how they contrast with traditional project management approaches and why they're beneficial in dynamic environments.

Scrum Framework

Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of Scrum, the most widely-used Agile framework. Explore the three pillars of Scrum: transparency, inspection, and adaptation. Dive deep into Scrum roles, events, and artifacts.

Agile Planning and Roadmapping

Learn how to create effective product backlogs, write user stories, and estimate work using Agile-specific methods like story points and planning poker. Students will create sprint plans and long-term roadmaps that accommodate changing requirements and ensure consistent value delivery.

Agile Metrics and Reporting

Explore Agile-specific metrics and reporting techniques, such as burndown charts, velocity tracking, and cumulative flow diagrams, to monitor and communicate project progress.

Comparative Analysis of Project Management Approaches
