Explore different risk response strategies, including avoidance, mitigation, transfer, and acceptance, and learn how to select the most appropriate strategy for each identified risk.
Students will create detailed risk management plans that incorporate monitoring processes and outline communication strategies for keeping stakeholders informed about risk status.
Students will learn methods for assessing the outcomes of implemented risk responses and will make recommendations to improve risk management processes in future projects.
