Course Topics

Quality Management

Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Students will practice planning quality assurance and control activities to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.

Performance Monitoring

Develop skills in monitoring project performance using various data analysis techniques. Learn to track progress against the project plan and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify variances and potential issues early.

Data Analysis and Storytelling

Create compelling presentations using data storytelling techniques. Students will practice communicating project performance, progress, and challenges to stakeholders in clear and impactful narratives.

Conflict Resolution

Students will practice balancing competing priorities, mediating differing opinions, and determining when to compromise or push back to maintain project alignment.

Change Management and Implementation

Learn how to guide stakeholders and teams in adopting new processes or systems to ensure smooth transitions and maximize your project’s benefits.

Project Closure
